Inspire™ Virtual Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program Testimonial

My name is Paul White. I have completed the Inspire Program and found it to be very helpful. Let me start at the beginning. I got COVID-19 around December 2023. I was hospitalized for 4 days and spent 3 months out of work. It affected my lungs, my heart, and my memory. I was desperate for help to recover. My pulmonologist suggested a nebulizer which I started to use daily and after about a month it was working but not as well as I wanted. I was contacted by Conversio Health, and they suggested a change in my nebulizer medications and the frequency of use. I joined the Inspire Program.

Before I began the Inspire Program, I could not walk one block. I weighed approximately 325 lb. and I’m only 5’8. I had trouble walking up the stairs without huffing and puffing. I started the Inspire Program and doing the daily exercises. I cut back on my food intake and continue doing the daily exercises along with some light weightlifting and I started to lose weight.

The Inspire Program was easy to follow and with the calls every week from the respiratory therapist, the health coach, the pharmacist, the whole team has helped me to keep on track. It was very easy to do, and I continued to do it to this day. I finished the 12-week program and I lost enough weight, so I now weigh about 271 lb. I can walk down to the park and back. I have gone down two pant sizes and I feel great. I credited it all to the Inspire Program. I continue to get monthly calls from my respiratory therapist and we have great conversations and set some new goals.

I recommend this program to anybody that has breathing problems. I have COPD and it has helped me immensely. The program is easy to follow and the health coaches from Conversio Health make it a cinch to be successful. I continue to work the program and continue to lose weight and exercise daily.

This program works. It is a great help and easy to do. You are coached all along the way and if you continue to use it, you will gain immensely.
